COMPETITION
This year's program includes 11 short films by aspiring young directors from California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Texas and Washington D.C. via FilmFreeway
Entry is free and open to any individual or group 18 years of age and under. Awards will be presented to the top three films along with the Audience Favorite.
